A drink to health

P.T. Jyoti Datta

Zahabiya Khorakiwala and Arshad Mirza

It was a taste for Bubbles, a popular Taiwanese drink, that got 22-year-old Zahabiya and her friend Arshad Mirza to start Tapioca Bar.

Tucked away at Khar West, in north Mumbai, the alternate café has on its menu the imported non-alcoholic, non-aerated drink.

The drink's speciality and the café's USP is presence of tiny tapioca balls and flavoured jelly cubes in the drink that offers a unique chewing-drinking experience!

While Zahabiya balances her time between the café and Wockhardt, she has nothing chalked out for the future. "I'll go with the flow," she says.
