Mutual Funds Fund update Fortis Mutual Fund has announced a 10 per cent dividend in Fortis Dividend Yield Fund and Fortis Sustainable Development Fund. The record date for the declaration of these dividends is October 27. IDFC Mutual Fund has introduced auto trigger facility as an optional feature under its schemes IDFC Money Manager Fund – Treasury Plan – Plan D and IDFC Liquidity Manager. This facility will offer an opportunity to investors time their entry and exit from the equity schemes based on the Sensex level and similarly for the debt schemes based on the percentage appreciation on the entry NAV level. The minimum investment amount under this facility will be Rs 25,000 and in multiples of Re1 thereafter. ING Mutual Fund has declared dividend under its scheme ING OptiMix Dynamic Multi Manager FoF Scheme. The quantum of dividend decided for distribution is 100 per cent of the distributable surplus. The record date is October 26. Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has introduced (in effect from October 20) dividend trigger plan under its scheme Birla Sun Life Basic Industries Fund. The new plan will be declaring dividend subject to the availability of distributable surplus, each time when the NAV of the scheme grows by 10 per cent from the base NAV. Thereafter the ex-dividend NAV will be considered as the subsequent base NAV. All other features under the plan will remain same as the existing scheme. More Stories on : Mutual Funds
