New Fund Offer Markets - Dividend Announcement Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has declared a dividend of 25 per cent under its scheme Franklin India Prima Plus. The record date is February 25. Taurus Mutual Fund has launched of a Shariah-complaint fund. Taurus Ethical Fund would be the first actively managed equity oriented fund. The scheme plans to invest at least 80 per cent in equity and a maximum of 20 per cent in money market instruments which are non-interest bearing. The fund will comprise a portfolio of 35-40 stocks, which will be chosen from S&P CNX 500 Shariah Index. The minimum investment is Rs 5,000 and multiplies of Re 1.The NFO closes on March 20. Religare Mutual Fund has filed its offer document with SEBI for its Religare Business Leader Fund. The open-ended equity fund will invest in equity and equity-related instruments, including derivatives. The scheme will invest at least 80 per cent in equity and 20 per cent in money market instruments and debt securities. The scheme is benchmarked against the S&P CNX Nifty. Tata Mutual Fund has filed its offer documents with SEBI to launch its Tata Triple Ace Fund. It’s an open-ended fund that will invest in corporate debt and money market instruments with the highest credit rating. The scheme will invest at least 65 per cent of it’s corpus in fixed income instruments and up to 35 per cent in other debt securities.
