Tata Steel

It was a valiant attempt by the stock to stabilise at lower levels last week. But, it could not get past our first resistance at Rs 477 and weakened towards the end of the week to close with a loss of 2 per cent. The resistance for rallies will continue to be at Rs 477 and then at Rs 495.

A close beyond Rs 520 should be seen before fresh long positions can be initiated in this stock.

The short-term targets on the downside fall at Rs 444 and then at Rs 424. The medium term targets for this stock are Rs 397 and then Rs 376.
