More satisfied customers

According to a J.D. Power Asia Pacific study of the Indian automobile industry, car owners' delight with new vehicles has increased. The Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) study states that the industry has improved its score by seven points to 787 out of thousand points.

Maruti's WagonR and Alto, followed by Hyundai's Santro, occupy the top three positions in the compact car segment. Honda's City is ranked No 1 in the midsize segment for the third consecutive year. Skoda's Octavia, besides bagging the top slot in the premium car segment, figured as the most improved model in the industry.
