Fasten your belt, please
A Supreme Court ruling has made it compulsory for front-seat occupants of cars to fasten their seat belts.
For rear seat occupants, it would become mandatory from October 2002. This has been ruled on account of the large number of road accidents. The ruling is applicable across the country. -- BL Research Bureau
