`Magical' roaming service
An all-India incoming roaming service for pre-paid cellular subscribers (the `Magic' package) has been announced by Bharti Cellular (that runs the Airtel network).
The Airtel consumers can now receive voice calls and SMS throughout the country without changing the SIM card or the number. Users will have to purchase a roaming coupon and key in a 16 digit number on the card by dialing 123. The roaming tariffs will range between Rs 15 per minute to Rs 28 per minute. -- BL Research Bureau
