No licence for cyber-cafes
Cybercafes do not require licences. The Government has submitted to the Delhi High Court that licensing of cybercafes is not needed as:
*it would restrict Internet access.
*It would promote an inspector raj.
*Countries such as US, Australia and Singapore have tried to control access to pornographic sites by children without much success. -- BL Research Bureau
