Net telephony on cards?
The Indian telecom market may be moving closer to Internet telephony as the Government has approved the concept.
This would come through with the repeal of The Telegraph Act, 1882 and the passage of the Convergence Bill 2000. While the in-principle okay has come, it may take a few more months before the facility is available on the ground. -- BL Research Bureau
