`F' inset in rupee note
THE Reserve Bank of India is to issue Rs 100 notes in Mahatma Gandhi series and would have the capital letter `F' inset in both the numbering panels.
It would bear the signature of the RBI Governor, Dr Bimal Jalan. But for the inset, the design of the new notes would be similar to the ones in circulation at present.
