WPI slighty up
The wholesale price index rose 0.1 per cent to 157.5 from the previous week's mark of 157.3 and 147.5 a year ago.
The final WPI for the last week of August was 153.7 against the provisional figure of 153.4. The final inflation rate in August-end was at 6.15 per cent compared to the provisional figure of 5.94 per cent.
