Surrender says the court
The Madras High Court has canceled the interim release of two of the promoters of MCC Finance, Mr A. L. Vadivelu and Mr Jawahar Vadivelu.
It has directed them to surrender before the police. This followed the dissatisfaction of the judge over the scheme submitted by the MAC group. According to the counsel of the MAC group, it would pump in Rs 80 crore over 15 months. This was found to be unsatisfactory by the judge.
