MCC Finance winding up should be opposed, urges DCA
The Secretary, Department of Company Affairs, Mr. P. L. Sanjeeva Reddy, has suggested that fixed deposit holders in MCC Finance Ltd implead themselves in the winding-up case filed by the Reserve Bank of India against the NBFC and seek that the company should not be wound up.
