Mitashi has introduced the MX 2009, a crossover of the new-age and retro music players. It supports most formats and connects into all contemporary storage devices. Besides playing DVDs, VCDs, MP3s and radio, it also plays files that are stored on a USB device, multimedia or SD cards. Most importantly, it retains the audio cassette player and recorder. It is priced Rs 4,790.
