NATIONAL PANASONIC has launched LCD projectors. Available in three models, the LC75E and LC55E are targeted at corporates and educational instiutions and the AE100E or home cinema projector is targeted at households. Both LCE models are equipped with a large-diameter, extra short-throw lens that shortens the necessary projection distance by 25 per cent. This is claimed to save space and enable comfortable presentations with large, easy-to-see images even in small rooms.
