Zen Tech decides on buy back of shares

MUMBAI: Zen Technologies Ltd has informed the BSE that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 30, 2008, has decided to purchase the company's own fully paid equity shares of Rs 10 each for an amount not exceeding Rs 4.55 cro res, at a maximum price of Rs 110 per equity share(buy-back). Further, the number of shares to be bought back shall not in any case exceed 6.5 lakh equity shares.
