Mahesh Soneji joins BSE as Chief Operating Officer

MUMBAI: The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) said on Friday that Mr Mahesh L Soneji has joined as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). He has over two decades of experience in the securities market in India, a release said here.

Mr Soneji was a member of the Chandrate Committee, which looked into the delisting of securities on the stock exchanges, and also a member of the M R Mayya Committee, set up for framing the model rules and bye-laws for stock exchanges, the release added. - PTI
