CII to open office in Moscow

NEW DELHI, Nov. 6
THE Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has signed an agreement with the Russian Union of Entreprenuers and Industrialists (Employers) (RUEI) to open its representatives office in Moscow. The RUEI also plans to open its representative office in India
shortly.
The CII representative office in Moscow will cater to both Russian and Indian industry and help in finding new partners, conduct market studies of specific sectors, prepare monthly reports on economy and policies, network with the government and business
, support and assist Russian companies to look at India as a potential destination for investment and trade and vice-versa. It will provide logistical support to Indian companies and organise meetings for the visiting Indian businessmen.
The agreement between CII and RUEI, its MoU partner in the Russian Federation, was signed on Monday in Moscow.
