Compucom H1 net up 53 pc

NEW DELHI: The Jaipur-based Compucom Software Limited (CSL) has earned a net profit of Rs 3.43 crore, a 53 per cent increase for the first half of the current fiscal, and a total income of Rs 11.8 crore, a rise of 95 per cent over the same period last year.

CSL, with domain expertise in telecom software executes overseas projects for multinationals.

It has recently issued options for 155,000 shares to its key business associates in US/Germany priced at Rs 112 per share under SEBI guidelines on preferential issue of shares. -- Our Bureau
