Shame and glory at the Olympics
NO nation has had so many sports lovers applauding so little of theirs at the Sydney Olympics. India has only the bronze of Karnam Malleswari in weightlifting and knows little of her. Rarely does a journalist specialise in weightlifting and rarer still w ill be a piece on Karnam and her speciality, at least in the English media.
