SeraNova shares begin trading on Nasdaq

MUMBAI: SeraNova Inc, which provides Internet professional services, has announced that its stock began trading on the Nasdaq from Thrusday.

A company press release added that the company's spin-off from its former parent company, Intelligroup Inc (Nasdaq: ITIG), has been completed.

Subject to subsequent transfers, shareholders of Intelligroup common stock as of the May 12, 2000 record date received one share of SeraNova common stock for every Intelligroup share owned as an in-kind dividend. _ Our Bureau
