iDLX Technology Partners and eFunds, both subsidiaries of the $1.6-billion Deluxe Corporation, have been integrated to form a separate, independent publicly-traded company, called eFunds Corporation. The company will be headquartered in Phoenix, USA and listed on the Nasdaq.

Eonour Software net up at Rs 2.42 cr
EONOUR Software Ltd has recorded a net profit of Rs. 2.42 crores on net sales of Rs. 6.23 crores for the quarter ended March 31, 2000 as compared to a net profit of Rs. 10.04 lakhs on net sales of Rs. 1.06 crores for the same period in the previous year.
