New trains to be started from Amravati

AMRAVATI: The Central Railway on Saturday said that three new trains will begin from Amravati railway station after it receives clearance by the railway board, a senior railway officer said.

“Railway Board will take a final decision about periodicity and timings of Amravati-Mumbai Express, Amravati-Surat passenger and Amravati-Nagpur Inter-city Express trains,” said Ms Soumya Raghavan, General Manager of Central Railway in a meeting here aft er inspecting Amravati, Badnera and New Amravati railway stations. - PTI
