Satnam Overseas to raise $20 m from overseas

MUMBAI: Satnam Overseas Ltd, exporters of basmati rice, on Tuesday said it has issued Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) of $20 million, which are likely to be listed on Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The FCCBs carry a coupon rate of one per cent and have a maturity period of five years and one week. - PTI
