More ICICI Bank branches in Gujarat

MUMBAI: ICICI Bank has received approval from the Reserve Bank of India to open eight new branches in Gujarat.

According to a bank press release, the bank will be setting up these branches in the next couple of months. While two will be located in Ahmedabad, one each would be located in Anand, Bhavnagar, Hazira, Mehsana, Madiad and Vadodara. The bank also plans to set up 35 ATMs in the State.

ICICI Bank currently services a customer base of more than five million.
