THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Institution of Engineers (India), Kerala State Centre, is conducting a special programme on home electrics, electronic projects, computer learning and higher education at the Institute of Engineers Hall in Vellayambalam here on Saturday.

An IEI spokesman said here that the fifth batch of free computer training for students for the 2003 summer vacation season would also be launched at the same function by Mr P. K. Sivanandan, Principal Secretary, Rural Development, Government of Kerala.
