Hotels Oberoi offers toll-free numbers for guests
THE Oberoi group has launched its `toll-free' numbers for guests across the country. The toll-free numbers — 1-600-11-2030 for Oberoi hotels and 1-600-11-2122 for Trident hotels — are accessible to callers from 92 cities. A guest can call these numbers to obtain a host of information, including instant information on room availability, reservations and also special packages. Besides, the group in partnership with FCS Computers Systems, Malaysia, has introduced wireless broadband Internet access at its business hotels in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Banaglore.
