Satyam board meet on Oct 23

HYDERABAD: The board of directors of Satyam Computer Services Ltd is scheduled to meet here on October 23 to consider and take on record the audited financial results of the company for the second quarter of the current fiscal year ended September 30, 2002.

In a communiqué to stock exchanges, the company said if the board considers and declares interim dividend for the financial year 2002-03 at the scheduled meeting, the record date for this purpose would be November 8.
