Mergers & Acquisitions Bathina boards approve merger swap Our Bureau
HYDERABAD: The board of directors of Bathina Technologies India Ltd and Bathina Medical Information Services Ltd, have decided to adopt the scheme of amalgamation of the two companies wherein the ratio of swap has been decided at 1:3. Every three shares of transferor company Bathina Medical Information Services will be equivalent to one share of Bathina Technologies. The company also decided to shift its registered office form Hyderabad to Bangalore subject to the approval of the members at the AGM and the sanction by the Company Law Board. The board also decided to continue work on the development centre at Cyber Towers, Hitec City here and accepted the resignation of Dr B. Kamaraju as director of the company.
