Kitco hotel management courses

KOCHI: The State Government-owned industrial consultancy, Kitco, has launched a new venture on Hotel Management Education in association with Indian Institute of Tourism and Management to offer long-term and short-term courses.

The first batch in this joint academic venture would be admitted in June-July this year and classes would be held at Kozhikode, Ernakulam and Thiruvananthapuram.

Short-term courses would be started in Thalassery, Kalpetta and Pala.

Long-term courses are being offered in Hotel Management, Food and Beverage Management and Rooms Division Management.

Certificate courses are also being offered in professional cookery, bakery and confectionery.
