Bond prices fall marginally

Mumbai, Feb. 9

Bond prices fell marginally on Tuesday as traders were wary of taking long positions ahead of the Budget. The participants are adopting a wait and watch stance. They are awaiting the announcement of the government borrowing programme for the next fiscal, said a dealer with a public sector bank. The total traded volumes on the order matching system were lower at Rs 5,240 crore (Rs 6,650 crore). — Our Bureau
