DLF property expo in Kochi

Kochi, Nov. 20

DLF, the real estate developer, has commenced a property expo at its site office in Kakkanad. The expo is organised in association with HDFC Ltd wherein on offer are apartments at a base price of Rs 2,500 a sq. ft. The four-day expo is a platform for customers to directly interact with the HDFC loan counsellors under the same roof, source information pertaining to their home loan requirement and if required, also get the loan approved on the spot. New Town Heights DLF Kakk anad is located on the Seaport-Airport Road with a total land area of 25.78 acres. The project will also have a shopping mall, an office complex and studio apartments. The premium residential estate has two and three bedroom apartments with and without study rooms, three bedrooms with servants’ quarters and spacious duplex apartments.

Lt Gen M.G. Girish, Executive Vice-President, Kerala operations, said that the company is receiving overwhelming response for the recently launched Duplex apartments. Senior officials of DLF and HDFC are also present in the venue to clarify customers’ doubts.
