Hyderabad: The Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Bangalore, has vacated an interim injunction against the Prithvi Information Solutions. “DRT has vacated the interim injunction on October 20 and passed strictures on Deutsche Bank, stating that it had obtained interim injunction by suppressing the material facts,” the company informed the BSE. — Our Bureau
