Retailing States - Andhra Pradesh Kansai Nerolac to open more ‘impression zones’ Our Bureau Hyderabad, Oct. 28 Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd today opened its fifth ‘Impression Style Zone’ in Hyderabad and its 10th in three southern cities, including Chennai and Bangalore. It plans to open more such outlets which the company believes have made significant impact on people in helping and educating them about paints, its contents (in most paints, lead is a major issue) and how to make the best out of them. “Gradually, the company will roll out such stores in other parts of the country too. Though we have not set any specific deadline or target for the number of stores, thesewould be rolled out through franchisees,” Mr Sukhpreet Singh, General Manager, Marketing, Kansai Nerolac, told Business Line. Mr Singh said that someone wanting to paint their home can walk into one of these Impression Zones and choose from nearly 60,000 colour options. They also have the advantage of visualising how their home, including specific rooms with furniture, would look like when painted with a particular colour.
