Our Bureau Hyderabad, Oct. 26 Letting its employees to come out with plans for the future , Mahindra Satyam has set up a shadow board, comprising nine of its executives. Besides carrying out their regular jobs, these people would give ideas for business growth, plans to tap the potential and ensure transparent communication among the staff. Barring confidential information, the shadow board will have access to all the information. “We have invited presentations from the associates. About 200 such presentations were screened at three levels before zeroing in on the final nine,” Mr C.P. Gurnanisaid. These people will have direct access to the CEO and other top executives to share their views and ideas. The shadow board would meet at least once a month.
