People S. Krishnan is new Fertiliser Secy New Delhi, Oct. 20 Mr S. Krishnan has been appointed as Secretary in the Department of Fertilisers. Mr Krishnan, who is now a Special Secretary in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, replaces Mr Atul Chaturvedi. The latter would take over as Secretary in the Ministry of Steel in place of Mr P.K. Rastogi, who is due for retirement on October 31.
