Call rate ends lower

Mumbai, Oct. 20

The inter-bank call rate ended lower at 3.10-3.15 per cent on Tuesday, against the previous close of 3.20-3.30 per cent. Under the liquidity adjustment facility conducted by the Reserve Bank of India, there were no bids in the one-day repo auction. In the reverse repo auction, there were 48 bids for Rs 1,09,125 crore. In the 14-day special repo auction for NBFCs and mutual funds, there were no bids. In the CBLO auction, there were 709 trades for Rs 73,072.60 crore in the r ange of 0.2-3.03 per cent.
