Mr Andy Lehman, a Swiss citizen, who, along with his team, recently completed in 35 days a 2,500-km-long journey by boat along the Ganga, from Gangotri in the Himalayas to Sagar Island near the mouth of the Hooghly, will present a video documentary on the expedition at the Copenhagen Climate Summit, according to a press release issued by CII, eastern region. The documentary will focus on the condition of the river in the context of global warming, receding glaciers, pollut ion and sustainable along its banks and eco-tourism, the release adds. —
