NSPOT ties-up with Subham Logistics

Kolkata, Oct. 10

NCDEX Spot Exchange Limited (NSPOT), a wholly-owned subsidiary of NCDEX (National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited) has entered into an agreement with Shree Subham Logistics Limited (SSLL), a player in agri-logistics sector, to promote spot markets to benefit agricultural commodity value chain participants, namely, farmers, traders and processors, according to a press release. As per the agreement, SSLL will provide warehousing and logistics support to all mark et participants in NSPOT with regard to storage and preservation of goods, testing and certifications, arranging finance against the stock lying with them as well as its delivery from SSLL and other NSPOT accredited warehouse/delivery centres, benefiting farmers and traders, the release adds.
