RINL donates Rs 1 cr to AP flood relief

Visakhapatnam, Oct. 7

The employees and the management of the Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) have contributed Rs 1 crore to the flood relief fund of the Andhra Pradesh Government. The Chairman and Managing Director of the steel plant, Mr P.K. Bishnoi, handed over the cheque to the Chief Minister, Mr K. Rosaiah, in Hyderabad on Wednesday. He expressed sorrow at the loss of lives in the unprecedented floods in the State. RINL offered assistance in flood relief work to the State Government. Mr Y. Manohar, the Director (Personnel), and Mr N. Rama Rao and Mr M. Rajasekhar, trade union leaders, accompanied the CMD.
