Dr Reddy’s allots ESOPs

Hyderabad, Oct. 5

The Governance and Compensation Committee of the board of directors of Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd has allotted 41,140 equity shares of Rs 5 each of the company under Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2002. Another 15,282 equity shares of Rs 5 each underlying 15,282 American Depository Receipts of the company have also been allotted, the company informed the BSE.
