New Products & Services Agri-Biz & Commodities - Dairy & Dairy Products States - Kerala Britannia launches milk brands Kochi, Sept. 24 Britannia Industries Ltd has entered the UHT milk category with the launch of two new milk variants – Regular and Slimz – in the Kerala market. The Regular variety is priced at Rs 38 a litre and Slimz, the zero-fat, zero-cholesterol variant, at Rs 40. Britannia Milk is cow’s milk and is an ultra-high temperature treated (UHT) product, which removes all forms of bacteria. The milk is packed in convenient Tetra packs which have a shelf life of four months. The milk does not need to be boiled as in the case of other pouch milk brands available in the market.
