Bangalore Sept. 23

Wipro Technologies has signed a three-year deal with Aquarion Water Company (AWC), the largest investor-0 owned water utility in New England and counted among the seven largest water utilities in the US. Under the deal, it will provide SAP enterprise application management services. Wipro did not disclose the deal size, but said that the application management services would be delivered remotely from a global centre using standardised platforms of tools and process. Wipro has branded remotely-delivered services as FlexDelivery model, which has been deployed by more than 34 customers. Further, Wipro said that FlexDelivery has led to a 10-15 per cent improvement in service level and end-user experience.
