Sanjiv Goenka is AIMA President

Chennai, Sept. 21 Mr Sanjiv Goenka, Vice-Chairman of RPG Enterprises, has been elected President of the All India Management Association (AIMA).

He succeeds Mr S.K. Swamy, Chairman and Managing Director, R.K. Swamy BBDO.

A press release said Mr Gautam Thapar, Chairman and CEO of the Thapar group, has taken over as Senior Vice-President of AIMA; Mr Rajiv Vastupal, Chairman of Rajiv Petrochemicals Pvt Ltd, as Vice-President, and Mr P. Dwarkanath, Director (Group Human Capital), Max India Ltd, as Treasurer.

AIMA is the apex body of management profession in the country with 60 local management associations affiliated to it.
