‘Q-City’ project in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Sept. 16

The Quinn Group, Ireland-based € 2.2 billion business conglomerate, has unveiled its ‘Q-City’ project, with over 1.2 lakh sq. ft of commercial space in Hyderabad. Located in Gachibowli, the $100-million project, has already attracted three global clients —Ramboll Telecom, Denmark, Logmatix Software and an Israeli multinational. Announcing the formal launch, Mr Peter Quinn, Head of Quinn Property, told newspersons here today that “India and Rus sia were high on the radar of the company for projects in the near future”. Q-City marks the entry of the Irish Group in India. “We are looking at hospitality, logistics park, hotels in the long-term,” Mr Peter said. The Q-City project was developed by Indu Projects Ltd. and it would be managed by Cushman & Wakefield.
