US nod for Dr Reddy’s diabetes drug

Hyderabad, Sept. 14

Pharma major Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd had received approval for anti-diabetic Nateglinide tablets from the US Food and Drug Administration. “We have received the approval and the product has already been launched,” a company spokesperson said. The Hyderabad-based company was among the first-to-filers for the product and is eligible for 180-day exclusivity. “The would be shared exclusivity,” the company said. —
