NCC to raise Rs 367 cr via QIBs

Hyderabad, Sept 4

Nagarjuna Construction Company (NCC) Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the executive committee of board of directors approved the allotment of 2,77,32,900 equity shares of Rs 2 each at a premium of Rs 130.46 aggregating to Rs 367.35 crore to qualified institutional buyers (QIBs). Following the approval of allotment of these shares to the QIBs, the paid-up capital of the company has gone up to Rs 51.31 crore. —
