Airtel campaign on picture quality

New Delhi, Aug. 29

Airtel DTH has announced the launch of an extensive advertisement campaign to showcase the better picture quality that it claims is provided by its service. The campaign features Mr Saif Ali Khan as the protagonist in a series of ads which tell the story of a man who is in search of a girl whom he had lost contact with. "For an entertainment brand, the ad also has to be entertaining. We wanted to bring alive the technological advantage of Airtel through the ad in a human way," says Mr Rohit Ohri, Managing Partner, JwT. "What we're trying to communicate is that you can get the minutest details on Airtel DTH, which is only possible because we use the latest technology. the campaign was initially launched with teasers in the print media, but has now shifted to a TV commercial," says Mr Ajai Puri, CEODTH, Bharti Airtel. - Our Bureau
