Tata Tele offers messaging plan for movie lovers

Madurai, Aug. 20 Telecom service provider, Tata Teleservices Ltd, has announced an SMS offer for movie lovers in South India.

Under the SMS subscription bouquet scheme, subscribers will receive one fact or happening in the life of his/her favourite movie star.

To access the service, customers will have to send an SMS — SUB ABC (first three letters of the name of the movie star for eg: “SUB RAJ” for Rajanikant) to 582820 from their Tata Indicom phones.

Valid across South India, this service costs Rs 15 for 30 days and is auto- renewable, an official statement said.

To get an overall taste of the South Indian movie industry as a whole, customers can also subscribe to Kollywood, Mollywood and Tollywood subscription alerts at Rs 30 for 30 days, also auto-renewable.

The subscribers can receive text based alerts with the new plans.
