Berger Paints to place shares at Rs 50.50

Kolkata, Aug. 18 Berger Paints India Ltd will make private placement of 72 lakh shares to Nalanda India Fund Ltd, a private equity fund, on a preferential basis at Rs 50.50 a share, the company announced on Monday.
